So here's where I get to tell you a bit about myself! ;-)  I was born right here in Kitchener early in 1957.  I've been a single mother for last 7 years (after 25 years of marriage) of 4 - - - Sara (26), Jamie (25), Lyzz (22, with me below), and Seth (15), who still lives with his "muzzer"!  I was a stay-at-home mom for decades, literally.  I have a million hobbies and talents that I've developed consequently, including music, dancing, art (collecting & creating!),  photography, desktop publishing, calligraphy, gardening, needlearts of all kinds, reading, and I could go on and on and on but I'll give you a break!  The last time I enjoyed the arena of higher education, I was 35 years old and earning a teaching bachelor's in music and history.  I gave birth to my youngest a month before my second year ended.  I decided during the summer that Seth deserved a full-time mummy like his 3 siblings had had, so I never finished my degree.  My friend Damien suggested in January 2008 that radio broadcasting and production work would make good use of all my creativity, and musical knowledge and training.  So here I am, at the end of my first year at Conestoga College!  Wow!!! In some ways, it really just flew by! :-)
